Yes, you can change the departure time of your ticket up to 45 minutes before the scheduled departure. You will need your booking number and your mobile number to change the ticket, and you can do this here.
Please note that it costs 39 kroner to change your ticket.
It is not possible to change your ticket with the driver on the bus.
When you change your travel time, you can choose another departure within the validity period of the ticket. A Low Price ticket is valid for 1 month from the original travel date. If there is a price difference between the old and the new ticket, you only pay the difference and the change fee.
If you have accidentally selected the wrong region for departure, you can change this for a fee via the KOMBARDO EXPRESSEN app. If you purchased your ticket via the website, you can import your ticket into the app and change it there. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the route.
