How we handle lost property
If you have lost something during your journey with KOMBARDO EXPRESSEN, either on the express bus or onboard MOLSLINJEN, BORNHOLMSLINJEN or ØRESUNDSLINJEN, you can enquire about it by filling out this form.
Where Lost Property Is Stored
All found items are handed in and stored at the following locations:
- MOLSLINJEN Operations Center, Færgevej 7A, 8000 Aarhus C
- BORNHOLMSLINJEN Operations Center, Dampskibskajen 3, 3700 Rønne
- ØRESUNDSLINJEN, Departure Hall, Helsingborg C
Lost property of particular value
Personal documents, wallets, keys, cash, watches, jewellery, bags, phones, bank cards, driving licences are stored by MOLSLINJEN, BORNHOLMSLINJEN and ØRESUNDSLINJEN for up to 7 days, after which they are handed over to the Police Lost Property Office.
Medication
Forgotten medication is handed over to the Police Lost Property Office or for destruction at a pharmacy as soon as possible.
Other lost property
Other lost property is stored by MOLSLINJEN, BORNHOLMSLINJEN and ØRESUNDSLINJEN for up to 7 days before being either destroyed or donated to charitable or nonprofit organizations.
