If the ticket type allows it, a ticket can be changed to another departure on the same route within the validity period. For example, a ticket from Aarhus to Copenhagen can be changed to another departure from Aarhus to Copenhagen. It is not possible to change return tickets so that both journeys depart from the same region.
A Low Fare Ticket is valid for up to 1 month from the original travel date and can be changed for a fee up to 45 minutes before the booked departure time. A Low Fare Ticket cannot be refunded, either fully or partially. There are a varying number of Low Fare Tickets available on different departures, and Low Fare Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. It costs DKK 39 to change your ticket, plus any additional cost for the new reservation.
Purchased add-ons, e.g. extra baggage, special seats or bicycle transport, cannot be refunded. If you change your ticket to another departure with a higher price, the amount for the already purchased add-ons will be included as part of the payment for the new ticket.
