Animals are lovely – but out of consideration for other passengers, ordinary pets are unfortunately not allowed on the KOMBARDO EXPRESS.
Guide dogs and other service dogs
Service dogs are welcome on board at no extra cost. To provide the best possible service and to accommodate other passengers' special needs, passengers travelling with a service dog are asked to contact customer service as soon as possible before departure at billet@kombardoexpressen.dk. However, failure to notify in advance does not mean that the journey will be refused.
Passengers must be able to present relevant documentation upon request proving that the dog is a service dog.
We ask all passengers to be aware that there may be service dogs on board our buses. Passengers with severe allergies or other special needs are welcome to contact customer service before departure for information on possible adjustments to the journey.
