How do seat allocations work?
As a general rule, seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
This means:
- You choose your seat yourself when you board
- You cannot reserve a specific seat in advance
Can I purchase seat upgrades?
Yes. You can choose between two add-ons that give you a better chance of getting the seat you want.
Sit together
Would you like to sit next to each other?
Here’s how to do it:
- Make one combined booking
- Select the add-on “Sit together”
You will then be seated together on the bus.
Sit at the front of the bus
Would you like to sit at the front?
You can select the add-on “Sit at the front of the bus” when booking.
This gives you a seat in the front part of the bus.
If the front seats have already been reserved by another passenger, this option will not be available to you.

- Without add-ons, it is first come, first served
- With add-ons, you have a better chance of getting your preferred seat
